1966 - 2023
Prestige Protection Service LLC was founded by a 35 year, Tennessee Law Enforcement Veteran. Retired Captain Don Laws was a Tennessee Armed Guard, Certified Tennessee Guard Trainer, Firearms Instructor, and operated a Tennessee Handgun Permit School. Mr. Laws was an Active Shooter instructor, force on force instructor and was trained in hostage negotiations. Mr. Laws earned a distinguished award from the United States Department of Justice in 2017 for officer of excellence. Mr. Laws was a current member of the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Officer's Association, Fraternal Order Of Police and the Police Benevolent Association.
RENEE LAWS - Chief Executive Officer
Renee Laws continues Don's dream of Prestige Protection Service providing premier Security Officers for the Tennessee area. Renee has been involved with management and administration of Prestige since 2021, and involved with administration of firearms classes since 2017.
MATTHEW HOLT - General Manager
Matt has been involved in the Security industry over seventeen years, and has served in every capacity the career has to offer. He has held positions in physical security management, supervision, and worked in high-risk, executive protection, and industrial security. He is a Licensed Armed Guard, Security Trainer, and Emergency Medical Technician. He is also a Lifetime Member of Private Officer International and member with the Fraternal Order of Police.
